Neoprene 2 mm, Fabric on Single Side, Full Sheet (2.0 m x 1.2 m ±5 %)

High quality 2 mm Neoprene rubber with a nylon jersey fabric on the other side and smooth black neoprene surface on the other. Rated to a depth of 35 m for diving. Now available also in smaller pieces for smaller projects like drinking tube covers, wrist warmers and camera protectors!

Neoprene is top quality rubber material (chlorine butadiene rubber - CR) that maintains it's properties over time. Neoprene is made of homogeneously spread air bubbles that provide thermal insulation and elastic structure.

Finishing options for the bare neoprene rubber surface:

• Smooth neoprene surface has the least friction and forms a fitting seal against a surface, e.g. against skin.
• Open cell rubber has the highest frictions against most surfaces and provides the best surface area when attached with glue.
• Shark skin neoprene surface has small mesh like texture. It provides nice friction against different kinds of surfaces and has the best abrasion resistance out of different options of bare neoprene rubber.

Bare neoprene rubber doesn't stand against significant abrasion.
