Gütermann L’s yarn structure makes it ideal for applications where heat resistance and flame retardant properties combined with very high tensile strength are required.

May be subjected to temperatures of up to 360 °C for short periods and permanently at 260 °C; is self-extinguishing when no longer subjected to flame. Good chemical resistance.
