Hilleberg Altai UL Complete Group Shelter

An uncommonly simple, ultralight, and highly versatile groupshelter.

The yurt-inspired, multipurpose Altai is the ideal group shelter solution for both long and short trips where low weight is of the highest priority. Simple, single wall design, very light weight, and roomy interior make it an excellent adjunct to other tents or as the sole shelter on any trip.

Altai can be pitched up even by one person in calm weather but by 4 persons it's up in only in couple of minutes even in harsh weather.

To drop down the total weight even more, you can easily use trekking poles, skis, paddles, wooden staffs or what ever stick you have at hand easily instead of the tarp and side poles. Altai can be also suspended from tree branches or the like. Adjustable pole suspenders accept sticks and poles of various sizes.

The Altai UL Basic include the Altai itself with 8 guy lines, 16 Y-Pegs, 1 Tarp Pole for the center, 8 Side Poles, stuff sack and instructions. During winter snow flaps keep the drifting snow outside.
