High-tech water-resistant 6 mm AquaGuard zipper from YKK. This is used in all the best waterproof-breathable clothing.

Pit-zip, double pulls opening from the middle, closed at the ends.

These zippers are made from 'by the meter' tape so the ends have to be finished into a seam.
