Strong and easy to use water-resistant 6 mm AquaGuard VISLON tooth zipper from YKK. The best choice for waterproof shell layers. Eliminates the need for multiple flaps but a simple flap protects from abrasion and prevents pressurized water seeping through.

Aquaguard VISLON tooth zippers slide more easily and are easier to operate than corresponding coil zippers. Thus they are less prone to misuse and malfunction beside the bigger teeth can handle more strain than thin coil.
