Sewing thread for high-heat applications. Quality 100% aramid thread from Germany. #40 thread is for use on sturdy clothing and in gear projects.

Gütermann L’s yarn structure makes it ideal for applications where heat resistance and flame retardant properties combined with very high tensile strength are required.

May be subjected to temperatures of up to 360 °C for short periods and permanently at 260 °C; is self-extinguishing when no longer subjected to flame. Good chemical resistance.
