Microtex needles are good for sewing very fine microfiber fabrics including nylon ripstop fabrics, other densely woven wind shell fabrics and lining materials. These needles are characterized by a slim and sharp point that does not damage the fabric and creates precise straight stitches also on densely woven materials.
Note that Microtex needles are rather sensitive for wear and damage and might need to be replaced more often than other needles.
Needle system 130/705 H that fits most home sewing machines and sergers.
The package includes 5 needles.
Choose needle size according to material thickness and weight: the heavier the material, the thicker the needle. However, note that needle size determines suitable thread thickness. Sewing with thicker threads requires a thicker Microtex needle.
