Amsteel cord – great for a range of camping purposes but perhaps most widely known for its use in making Whoopie Slings (a super light suspension system for hammocks)!
AmSteel®-Blue (Dyneema cord)is a high-performance 12-strand single braid cord which is incredibly lightweight and extremely strong. The cord is as strong as steel wire but much lighter in weight. It is also very abrasion resistant.
