Returns

In online purchases, you have a 14 day exchange and return policy as of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. However, products cut to measure, tailored products, and PDF patterns, can not be returned unless there has been a mistake in delivery on our part. The return policy only applies to products in their original packaging, which are unused, flawless and still marketable. We refund shipping costs only in accepted reclamation cases. Exchange and return policy for purchases made at the store must be agreed on separately.

If you want to return a product, contact us at order (at) shelby.fi. Out of principle, we do not accept returns which have not been agreed upon in advance. Nor do we accept returns after 14 days of delivery. Include the following information with the returned products:

• Your customer number, name, delivery address and phone number
• A copy of the receipt for the order
• How you wish us to handle the return.

After your return has been received and accepted, the money is returned in accordance with your payment method. We do not refund returns in cash. If the product has been damaged, we will make a 10–100% reduction on the refund value to compensate for the diminished resale value. Returned products which have not been agreed upon in advance will receive a 10–100% reduction on the refund value depending on the costs incurred.

Faulty Products

If the product is defective, contact us at order (at) shelby.fi within 14 days after receiving the product. In accepted reclamation cases, we will compensate for the delivery costs of returning the faulty product and cover the delivery costs of sending you a replacement.
